Novozymes’ International Finance Graduate Program gives you a unique opportunity to build on your skills as well as obtain new capabilities, enjoy a steep learning curve and develop a strong network within our global organization. We seek highly motivated colleagues who dare to lead, challenge conventions, that have the potential to become a future finance leader in Novozymes.

During the 2-year program, you will complete five to six rotations across different finance functions at Novozymes. You will be involved in a variety of tasks and learn how to operate in a diverse stakeholder landscape during your rotations at our headquarter in Denmark and abroad.

The key characteristics of the program are

· Flexibility: We tailor the program to match your abilities and background, but as you progress we might change the program based on your development, your curiosity and the opportunities the organization offers. Flexibility is important to optimize the output you get from the program, unfold your potential to bring you in the best position for your future career.

· Diversity: No two graduate journeys are alike. All our graduates rotate mainly within business finance and corporate finance disciplines, but we encourage you to also try out rotations outside core finance.

· Responsibility: We expect you to deliver in the projects and processes, you are responsible for and take an active part in shaping your career. We have the platform for you to excel – but it requires a joint effort.
